Wednesday our pygmy goat Cleo had her babies. We've been waiting for a while for her to have her kids. She had gotten so big and seemingly uncomfortable.......we expected them a month ago. According to a site search I did on Google.....a pygmy goats gestation period is about 5 months. Both kids are male and mostly white. I honestly didn't think that she would get pregnant because she's so small and the billy we had was so tall............I guess where there's a will....there's a way! We also worried about the size of the babies......again because she's so small and Boer babies are larger than pygmy babies at birth. We're proud of the babies. I'm going to try to play with them a lot as they are growing so they'll make good pets. Being that they are both boys.....we won't be able to keep them. We'll enjoy them all that we can.
......if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
ISAIAH 60: 1-3
"Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you.
